The portfolio is a handsome, dark grey, one inch three-ring binder with a slip case. "Corporate Records" is embossed on the front and spine. Each portfolio comes with ten stock certificates, a stock transfer ledger, a dividend record form and several reference lists for locating important corporate documents.
